Tony and I recently had the opportunity to take a WEEK LONG vacation to Florida WITHOUT THE KIDS! Our wonderful family stepped up to take turns watching them so that we could take some much-needed time to rest and relax...and practice yoga (for me, not Tony). I was the guest yoga instructor at Club Med at Sandpiper Bay, which is just north of West Palm Beach. In between my two yoga classes a day, we ate, played golf and tennis (er...we
tried to play golf and tennis), ate some more, lounged by the pool, took naps, and then ate some more. It was AMAZING!

We even took in a local minor league baseball game so we could see Tim Tebow in action.
Meanwhile, back at home...
They all had a blast with the grandparents, and I'm not even sure if they missed us at all...
But we sure did miss them. I keep saying that our vacation was just a few days too long...which is really the perfect amount of time because then we were ready to come back to our reality and get the show back on the road.
That's a good thing because the show started soon after we got back. Caleb had his day of school this week!
He had a few helpers getting ready.
There was no fear or hesitation as we dropped him off at car pool. He loves his teachers and can't wait to go back next week!
We're glad for the rest, and now we're ready to hit the ground running for a great school year!
