Christmas 2016

Every year at Christmas, I am always overwhelmed by the love, kindness and generosity of our families, and I am well-aware of how blessed we are to be a part of them and to be able to spend time with those we love so dearly.  This year was no different.
We spent Christmas Eve with Mamaw Ollie, Papaw Charlie, and the rest of my family in Ellijay.  The kids were the cutest in their matching Christmas pajamas.

After so much fun with the cousins, Caleb was beat.
The next morning we unwrapped our presents by the tree (and maybe chewed on a Christmas ornament or two...).  We then enjoyed our time playing with our new toys and books.

Wren and Judson received this really fun jungle gym from Peepaw.  After only several hours, 27 steps, and 50 hand-installed screws, it was ready to play!  And boy did they love it!
Caleb (and the babies, too) have been having fun with this new keyboard/mixing board from Grandpa and Ra Ra.
After church, we rode out to Mamaw Sheila's and Papaw Clyde's house.

Judson loved his new rocking horse!

Wren wasn't quite sure of hers yet...

Of course, mixed in with all this family fun, we did some baking (and mess-making)...
...and viewed some beautiful Christmas lights.
It was a wonderful Christmas!
